The Senior Project Manager in the Real Estate sector plays a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating various construction and development projects. This position requires a blend of leadership, strategic planning, and effective communication skills to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing project teams, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple real estate development projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays promptly.
- Conduct regular project meetings to communicate updates and gather feedback from team members and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.

- Evaluate and select subcontractors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality deliverables.
