- As a waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming guests, taking accurate orders, and ensuring a smooth dining experience from start to finish.
- Actively contributing to a harmonious work environment, you'll assist your colleagues as needed, fostering a strong sense of teamwork.
- Treats guests with a natural smile and presents them with the menu.
- Informs guests about the special items for the day and menu changes if any.
- Suggest food and beverages to the guest and try to upsell.
- Take food and beverage orders from the guest on the order taking pads or on the Point of Sale (POS) system.
